Guarantee

Our products are backed by our 12 month guarantee unless otherwise stated on the listing. This means that if for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, we will be pleased to offer a like for like replacement or refund. A refund will only be issued once the items have been returned, and inspected. A pre-paid postage label / envelope will be provided for the return of faulty products. We will require an initial correspondence by email explaining the reason for the return in order to start the returns procedure.

Returns

We offer to refund unwanted / unopened items within 30 days of purchase. We kindly ask that the items were bought from Daily Consumables and are returned in their original condition. We recommend asking your post office for proof of postage as Royal Mail will not accept liability for lost items without it.
